Aaron is a data scientist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and Western Washington University research faculty. Aaron’s research projects involve applications of deep learning to modeling and control of dynamical systems, cyber security, bio-surveillance, natural language processing and image processing. Aaron’s undergraduate background is primarily in Linguistics and Mathematics. His graduate research in Computer Science was focused first in low rank tensor and matrix factorization approaches to recommendation systems and subsequently deep learning methods.
